This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It explains how refunds work for everything you can pay for on Booty Cards, which is operated by Rare Satoshi Minting Cell (RSMC). Nothing here limits a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.
1. Packs are final once opened
Opening a pack is a purchase with published odds. When your wallet signs the transaction and it confirms on Solana, the card is drawn and delivered to your wallet. That cannot be reversed, so we do not refund an opened pack because of the card it contained, a change of mind, or a change in a card's market value.
If you don't want to keep a card, you can sell it back at the quote shown in the app or list it on the marketplace. A sell-back is a new sale, not a refund.
2. Payments that don't go through
If a transaction never confirms (you cancel in your wallet, it expires, or the network drops it), nothing moves and you are not charged. You can try again.
If you were charged and no card reached your wallet, contact us with the transaction signature. We check it on-chain with Collector Crypt, and either deliver the card or refund the amount you paid, to the wallet or card you paid with.
3. Card and Apple Pay
When you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, our payment partner turns the payment into credits for your own wallet, and your wallet spends them on the pack. Booty Cards never holds your card payment.
- Unused credits. Credits you bought and have not spent can be refunded to the card you paid with. Write to us within 30 days of the purchase.
- Spent credits. Credits spent on a pack follow Section 1.
- Card fees. The card and payment-protection fees shown at checkout are refunded with the credits where our payment partner refunds them to us.
- Chargebacks. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster. A chargeback on a pack that was opened may lead us to close the account.
Funds you add to your wallet through a third-party funding service (for example the card window in your Booty wallet) are a purchase from that service, and its refund terms apply. Once the USDC is in your wallet, it is yours to spend or move.
4. Bitcoin and other coins
When you pay with Bitcoin or another coin, it is converted to USDC for the pack. If the payment can't complete (it arrives late, short, or after the quote expired), the amount waits for you as a refund. You claim it in Settings to a wallet you have proved you own. Network and conversion fees already spent are not refunded.
5. Raffles and auctions
Raffles refund under their own Official Rules: if a raffle is cancelled, every paid entry is refunded in full to the wallet that paid. A winning auction bid is a binding purchase and follows Section 1 once it settles.
6. Redemption and shipping
If Collector Crypt cannot ship a card you redeemed, the withdrawal and shipping fees are refunded and the card stays yours. Loss or damage in transit is handled under the vault's and the carrier's insurance terms. Duties and import taxes charged by your country are not refundable by us.
7. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@booty.cards from the email on your account, or include your wallet address. Add the transaction signature or the receipt from checkout. We aim to answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or the wallet that paid.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and a change never applies to a purchase made before it.
